Good for trading but watch out for withdrawal limits
Wallex’s trading platform is really user-friendly and I’ve had mostly good experiences with order execution. The spreads are competitive and the app rarely crashes, which is great. One thing to note is their withdrawal limits; I had to wait a couple of days to increase mine, which delayed a transfer. Still, their security features give me peace of mind, and I appreciate the detailed portfolio analytics they offer.

Mostly solid with minor hiccups
Deposits are instant and trades execute quickly, which I appreciate. However, the customer support chat took a while to respond when I had an issue with my staking rewards. Still, overall experience has been positive and I like their portfolio tracking features.

Good platform with handy features but support needs work
I’ve been using Wallex for about six months now. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I especially like the detailed charts they provide for each coin. Trades execute with minimal slippage, which is important for me. However, when I had a question about transaction fees last week, it took their support team over 24 hours to get back to me. That was the only downside in an otherwise smooth experience.
