Generally good but booking fees are steep
Used Vrbo to book a lake house for a family vacation. The home was lovely and well-equipped which made our stay comfortable. However, the service fees added up more than I expected, almost 20% extra on top of the rental price. I get they need to cover costs but it felt a bit much. Still, I appreciate the platform’s ease for finding unique rentals.
