Bought two dresses here and one came with a stain I didn’t notice in the pics. The other was perfect, though. Customer service helped me return the stained item but it took longer than I expected.

I tried selling multiple items but a few buyers never responded after making offers, which was annoying. Also, I had trouble uploading pictures on my phone app and customer support was slow to reply. At one point, a buyer reported an item as not as described, though it was perfectly fine. Felt like a lot of hassle compared to other platforms I've used. Maybe I'll give it one more shot but right now I’m frustrated.
