Good but app glitches
Content is great, but the app has occasional glitches like freezing or crashing, especially on my tablet. Hope they fix it soon.

Nice variety, app needs polish.

The content library is impressive, especially for Korean and Chinese dramas. Sometimes the app crashes randomly, which is frustrating, but I keep coming back for the shows. Would love better offline viewing options.

Really love the variety of Asian dramas here, but sometimes subtitles don’t sync well, which can be annoying. The app is smooth otherwise and I appreciate the language options.

I’m really into Asian dramas and Viki is the only platform that offers such a broad selection with subtitles in multiple languages. I watched entire series from Korea, Japan, and Thailand without any problem. The only thing is that sometimes the app freezes during playback on my smart TV, which is annoying. I contacted support and they were polite but the fix took a few days. Still, the content and subtitle quality make it worth sticking with.

I started with Viki because I wanted to explore Asian cinema beyond the usual Bollywood stuff. The selection is fantastic and the subtitles in Portuguese and Spanish have been extremely helpful for my friends. However, the app has crashed a few times during episodes, and the autoplay sometimes doesn’t work as expected, which breaks the flow. I contacted support about a stuck buffering issue once, and they were helpful but it took a couple of days to get resolved. Still, the overall experience is solid and I appreciate the niche content they provide.

Enjoying the platform, though the video quality on older shows can be hit or miss.
