Disappointed by downtime and support
I had some critical outages last month that brought my site down twice during peak hours. The status page wasn’t updated promptly and when I reached out to support, the responses were generic and not very helpful. Also noticed that their build system sometimes fails silently which cost me valuable time. I might have to look for alternatives if these issues persist.

Mixed feelings about build times
I started using Vercel a few months ago and the setup for Next.js projects was straightforward. However, the build times vary too much and once a deployment failed mysteriously without clear logs. Support took a day to respond and their suggestions didn’t fully resolve the issue which was frustrating. On the bright side, the CDN delivery is very fast and the preview deployments are handy for client demos.

Good CDN speed but complex billing
I’ve been hosting a few Next.js sites and the CDN performance is excellent, really speeds up global load times. However, the billing is confusing, especially with bandwidth overages that aren’t very clear upfront. Also, the preview deployments sometimes don't update immediately which makes staging unpredictable for team testing.

Great tools but occasional glitches

Solid platform but room for improvement

Reliable platform with a few quirks
