Good service but tracking needs improvement
I’ve been using USPS for personal and business shipping for over a year now. Most packages arrive within the estimated times, especially when I use Priority Mail. However, I’ve had a few shipments where the tracking info stalled for days without updates, which is frustrating when sending gifts or urgent documents. The delivery staff have always been polite, and the prices are competitive compared to FedEx or UPS. I wish the USPS app was more reliable and updated tracking more frequently.
Good service with minor delays
I sent a priority mail package last week and it got to Chicago in three days, which is decent. The only thing is the local post office's pickup window was a bit confusing, so I missed the first attempt. Support was helpful when I called though, so no big deal.
Reliable but slow updates
Package arrived fine but tracking info lagged a day. Expected faster scan updates from USPS.
Mostly positive with small hiccup
My parcel got to Los Angeles in two days which was awesome, but the delivery guy left it on the porch even though I requested a signature. Luckily nothing was stolen, but that was a bit disappointing.
