The platform has decent charting tools but sometimes the app crashes during volatile market hours, which is frustrating. Also, the customer support took over a day to respond when I had an issue with my margin account.

I started using Upstox about eight months ago mainly for intraday trading. The fees are competitive and spreads are tight, which is great. However, the app keeps crashing during busy market hours and I’ve lost a couple of trade opportunities because of that. On the plus side, deposits and withdrawals are super fast, and the desktop platform is pretty reliable. I reached out to customer service regarding the app crashes but the fix has been slow to come, so I hope they speed up the updates soon.
