Upstox has been my go-to broker for more than a year now. The low brokerage fees make a big difference when I trade multiple times a day. Also, the margin funding options are useful, though I wish they would improve the mobile app’s speed, it can lag during peak times. The desktop platform runs smooth and the charting indicators are quite full. Support is decent but sometimes slow during market hours, which can be annoying if you need urgent help.

Great platform with useful features

Good but needs better mobile stability
I started using Upstox about eight months ago mainly for intraday trading. The fees are competitive and spreads are tight, which is great. However, the app keeps crashing during busy market hours and I’ve lost a couple of trade opportunities because of that. On the plus side, deposits and withdrawals are super fast, and the desktop platform is pretty reliable. I reached out to customer service regarding the app crashes but the fix has been slow to come, so I hope they speed up the updates soon.

Mostly satisfied but some flaws
