I used UpCounsel for patent filing help. The lawyer was knowledgeable, but it took a few days to get a detailed response. Still, the price was fair compared to local options, and quality was decent. Would recommend if you’re not in a rush.

I hired a lawyer here to draft a complex licensing agreement last month. The initial communication was excellent, and the lawyer seemed quite experienced in IP law. However, the project took longer than expected and cost a bit more due to extra revisions. The platform’s messaging system was sometimes glitchy which slowed things down. Still, the end result was solid and I got good legal protection, so I’m cautiously satisfied.
