Mixed feelings about the service
I wanted a simple neobank for all my payments but sometimes the app crashes when I try to pay bills, which is annoying. The support chat is helpful but can be slow during peak hours. Also, the cashback offers are okay but not great compared to others I tried. I’m sticking with UniCredit because I like their approach but hoping for improvements soon.
