I opened a UniCredit account three months ago and the app’s interface is really intuitive which I love for daily banking. However, the debit card shipment took almost two weeks instead of the promised five days. During that wait, I couldn’t use some features reliant on the physical card which was inconvenient. On the bright side, customer support was helpful and updated me regularly about the delay. After getting the card, everything from ATM withdrawals to contactless payments worked flawlessly.
