Mostly reliable with minor delays
I used Uber to get to a concert downtown last weekend. The driver arrived about 5 minutes late, which was a bit annoying because I was in a rush. However, the car was clean and the ride itself was smooth. The fare was reasonable too, considering surge pricing during the event. I’d use Uber again but hope for more punctual pickups.
