The app works fine and has nice features like notifications for every transaction. However, my prepaid card took nearly three weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. Customer service was polite but didn’t speed things up.

I signed up with Ualá last year because I wanted a more flexible banking option without traditional branches. The app is clean and easy to navigate, and loading money onto the prepaid card is straightforward. However, I faced a delay in receiving my physical card by almost a month, which was annoying since I needed it for travel. Customer support eventually helped me track the shipment but it took several emails and a couple of days to get a response. Also, the app occasionally glitches when trying to view transaction history but the team says they’re working on it.
