Ok but glitches and slow support

App has some neat features but it froze twice when I tried to pay bills. Support took over 48 hours to reply both times, which is too slow for a fintech service. Not sure if I’ll keep using it long term.

Mixed feelings about fees and limits

I like that Ualá has no monthly fees, but the reload limits are quite low compared to other neobanks I’ve tried. Also, the currency conversion rates could be better when I pay internationally. Still, the app’s budgeting tools are helpful.
