Mostly good but support slow
Streaming quality is solid on my end, and I enjoy the music streams a lot. However, I reached out to support about a payment issue and had to wait over 48 hours for a reply which is annoying.

Solid platform but needs better mobile support
Enjoying Twitch the desktop experience is smooth and the stream variety is impressive. I do find the mobile app sometimes lags or crashes which is annoying when I’m out and want to watch a quick stream. The subscriptions and bits system work well, though paying for extra emoticons could be clearer in pricing. Support is friendly but not always fast on mobile issues.
