I ordered my mattress about three weeks ago and while it took longer than expected to arrive, I have to say the quality is fantastic. The memory foam is super comfy and it fits perfectly with my bed frame. Customer service was helpful when I reached out about my order status, but I wish shipping was quicker.

I really like the mattress quality, it feels sturdy and well made. However, it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I’m still adjusting to it, but I think it will work out in the long run.

I got a mattress from Tuft & Needle a few months ago. It’s been really comfortable, but I did notice it feels a bit warmer than I expected, especially during the summer nights. Customer service was helpful when I reached out about it, but I wish they had more options for cooling. I'm satisfied but hope they improve the temperature control in the future.

The mattress is okay, I mean it does the job. However, I was hoping for something that would be a bit more comfortable. I find myself shifting a lot during the night. The delivery was quick, so that’s a plus.
