I ordered my mattress about three weeks ago and while it took longer than expected to arrive, I have to say the quality is fantastic. The memory foam is super comfy and it fits perfectly with my bed frame. Customer service was helpful when I reached out about my order status, but I wish shipping was quicker.

I’m absolutely loving my Tuft & Needle mattress! As a side sleeper, I was worried about finding something that wouldn’t hurt my shoulders or hips, but this mattress is amazing. I can’t believe how well I sleep now! Also, the setup was easy, and it came right on time.

Honestly, I expected a bit more after all the hype. The mattress is alright, just not as plush as I thought it would be. I mean, it’s fine for the price, but if you’re looking for something extra soft, this might not be it. The delivery was smooth though, and the packaging was great.

Customer service was helpful when I reached out about it, but I wish they had more options for cooling. I'm satisfied but hope they improve the temperature control in the future.
