I’ve had my Trezor for about a year now and it’s been okay. The device itself is solid and the security features are great. But sometimes the desktop app fails to sync properly, and I’ve had to restart multiple times. Support helped but not very fast. For the price, I expected smoother performance.

I like that Trezor supports many cryptocurrencies, which is handy for my portfolio. The device feels solid and the offline storage gives me peace of mind.
