Mixed feelings overall
I’ve had my Trezor for about a year now and it’s been okay. The device itself is solid and the security features are great. But sometimes the desktop app fails to sync properly, and I’ve had to restart multiple times. Support helped but not very fast. For the price, I expected smoother performance.

Mostly satisfied but UI could improve
I appreciate how Trezor keeps my crypto offline and protected from hacks. It supports all my tokens which is convenient. However, the interface feels a bit dated and some features are hidden or hard to find. The wallet app crashed twice during an update which was stressful but didn’t cause losses. Customer support responded within 24 hours and guided me through the fixes.

Pretty good but room for improvement
I’ve been using Trezor for about six months and it does a great job keeping my keys offline. The UI could be more user-friendly though, especially for newer users like me. Also, the recovery process took longer than I expected because I wasn’t sure how to handle the seed phrases properly. Still, I trust it more than software wallets.

Solid hardware wallet with minor glitches
My experience with Trezor has been mostly positive. The device itself is sturdy and the security features are reassuring. One downside is that the Chrome extension wallet occasionally disconnects, which can be frustrating during transactions. But it’s a reliable way to keep my crypto safe offline.

Disappointed with support and delays
I ordered my Trezor wallet last year and was excited to start using it for my crypto holdings. Unfortunately, the delivery took over three weeks without updates which was frustrating. When I finally got the device, the setup process was slow and I ran into a firmware bug that froze the device. Support took ages to reply and didn’t provide a clear solution, making me lose trust. I’ve been hesitant to transfer large amounts ever since.

Decent but could be better
I like that Trezor supports many cryptocurrencies, which is handy for my portfolio. The device feels solid and the offline storage gives me peace of mind. Still, the wallet software sometimes lags or crashes when I try to access certain tokens. Support was slow to respond, so I ended up figuring out some issues myself.
