Tokeny's solution is solid for digital securities issuance, especially on the compliance front. However, I find the user interface a bit clunky when switching between different asset classes. On one occasion, the investor onboarding flow stalled which caused minor delays in funding rounds. Their support was helpful but the fix took longer than I hoped. Still, the backend reporting tools are full which is a big plus for audits and regulatory filings.
