Average experience with room for improvement
I've used Tokeny to digitize some equity assets and the setup was okay but not smooth. Sometimes the platform lags, especially when handling big batches of investor data. The compliance automation is helpful, though it didn't catch a recent regulatory update quickly enough, which made me double-check everything manually. On the bright side, I appreciated their transparent pricing and the ability to customize token types. it's decent but there's definitely room to polish the user experience.
Mixed feelings on support and fees

The platform itself is solid, but I've faced some frustrating issues with the support team being slow to respond during tight deadlines. Also, while the issuance fees are reasonable, the ongoing management fees caught me off guard since they added up more than I budgeted. I also noticed that the investor onboarding tools sometimes lag during peak hours, which slowed down my investor approvals. On the plus side, their regulatory compliance guidance helped me avoid major pitfalls when expanding into European markets.
