Frustrated with constant bugs and delays

I wanted to love Todoist but the app keeps freezing on me and sometimes tasks disappear. I contacted support twice and got vague answers that didn’t help. Also, the syncing between devices is slow which messes up my schedule a lot. It’s frustrating because the concept is good but the execution feels sloppy. I’m thinking of switching to something else since this has wasted too much of my time.
