Convenient but fees add up
The site is easy to use and I got my tickets quickly but the extra charges on top of the ticket price are a bit much. Wish they were more transparent about the total cost upfront.

Solid service but customer support could improve
I’ve used Ticketmaster several times, mostly for concerts and theater events. The website is usually responsive and I appreciate the clear seat maps. However, once I had an issue with a duplicate charge and getting ahold of support took longer than I hoped. They did resolve it eventually, but that delay was frustrating especially since the event was just days away. Still, for ticket buying convenience, it’s one of the better platforms out there.

Good but fees are annoying
I like how easy it is to find events and buy tickets, but the service fees are always way too high. It kind of ruins the excitement before the show. Still, the overall process works well and tickets arrive on time.
