I’ve been driving my Tesla Model Y for six months. The driving experience is smooth and quiet, I especially enjoy the instant torque. However, when I had an issue with the touchscreen freezing, customer support took longer than expected to respond. Hopefully, they’ll speed up their service because otherwise it’s a fantastic car.

I was hesitant about electric vehicles but Tesla’s Model 3 changed all that. The performance is surprisingly sporty and the tech inside feels futuristic. I’ve had my Tesla Model Y for over a year now. The self-driving features are impressive though sometimes the sensors react oddly near construction zones. Charging at supercharger stations is generally fast and convenient. Wish the touchscreen interface was a bit more intuitive, but that’s a minor gripe compared to the overall experience.

Really love the performance of my Tesla Model S. The acceleration is insane. However, the mobile app sometimes lags when I try to pre-heat the car remotely. Not a deal breaker but annoying occasionally.
