I had a weird issue where my savings account balance didn’t update for two days after a deposit. Contacted support, but response took over 24 hours. They eventually fixed it but the wait was annoying. On the plus side, the app layout is clean and transfers between accounts are straightforward. I’m worried this might happen again though, makes me hesitant to rely fully on this bank.

The app sometimes delays transaction alerts which worries me a bit. Customer support was helpful but couldn’t fix it for long.

Was trying to transfer money before a bill was due and the app crashed twice. Ended up having to rush to an ATM because their customer chat was unreachable at that hour. Definitely hoping they fix these bugs soon, cause the idea is good but the execution is shaky.

I’ve applied twice for account verification and both times got stuck waiting for days with no update. Makes it tough to start using the account actively.
