Good exchange but needs faster support
Started using Tapbit earlier this year and really like the low fees and the range of digital assets available. Their trading terminal is pretty intuitive and I never had issues with order execution slipping. However, I ran into a problem with my KYC verification which delayed my ability to deposit fiat for a couple of days. The support team eventually sorted it out but it took longer than I expected, which was frustrating since I wanted to jump on some market moves. Also, it would be great if they could speed up withdrawals a bit. Still, for casual and semi-professional traders, Tapbit offers a decent balance of features and pricing.

The platform offers a solid selection of coins and decent liquidity. My only gripe is the user interface which feels cluttered sometimes, making quick trades a bit stressful.
