Their trading terminal is pretty intuitive and I never had issues with order execution slipping. However, I ran into a problem with my KYC verification which delayed my ability to deposit fiat for a couple of days. The support team eventually sorted it out but it took longer than I expected, which was frustrating since I wanted to jump on some market moves. Also, it would be great if they could speed up withdrawals a bit. Still, for casual and semi-professional traders, Tapbit offers a decent balance of features and pricing.

I started using Tapbit about three months ago for some altcoin trading. The positive is definitely the competitive fees and the variety of trading pairs available. But sometimes the charts lag and the app freezes during busy market hours which caused me to miss a few trades. Support replies are okay but not super fast, I had to wait almost a day to get help on a stuck withdrawal. Also, I noticed the spread can get quite wide during volatile moments which eats into profits. it’s usable but I’d like to see more stability and faster support responses before fully trusting it.
