Okay store but too slow
Placed an order for a condenser mic and the delivery was delayed twice with little updates from support. Not great for serious recording deadlines.

Mixed feelings about shipping
The keyboard arrived in good condition but the delivery took almost a week longer than promised. Support apologized but there was no update on what caused the delay. The price was fair though.

Decent gear but mixed support experience
Bought a MIDI keyboard and a couple of synth modules recently. The gear itself was excellent and matched the descriptions perfectly. However, when I had an issue with the MIDI connections, the online support chat took a long time to respond and wasn’t very helpful at first. Eventually speaking to a phone rep fixed things but the wait was frustrating. Shipping was quick and packaging solid though so can't complain on that front.
