Decent gear but mixed support experience
Bought a MIDI keyboard and a couple of synth modules recently. The gear itself was excellent and matched the descriptions perfectly. However, when I had an issue with the MIDI connections, the online support chat took a long time to respond and wasn’t very helpful at first. Eventually speaking to a phone rep fixed things but the wait was frustrating. Shipping was quick and packaging solid though so can't complain on that front.

Sweetwater has a great lineup of guitars and amps plus helpful staff on chat. Ordered a tube amp last week but it took almost a week to ship out after payment cleared. Pricing was fair though and quality gear as always.
