Good but fees a bit high
I like the idea of automated purchases but the fees on smaller amounts felt a bit steep compared to other platforms. The UI is nice though and customer support was helpful when I asked about limits.

Mostly happy but room for improvement
I started using Swan Bitcoin about four months ago to automate my Bitcoin investments and overall it’s been trouble-free. The recurring purchases happen on schedule and the educational videos are genuinely helpful for someone like me who’s still learning. The app interface is intuitive but I wish it had better notifications about upcoming purchases. Also, I ran into a small issue during verification which support resolved in a couple of days. The fees are reasonable, though sometimes the exchange rate they use isn’t the best compared to other services I checked. Still, I’m planning to keep using it because it makes investing painless and I don’t have to worry about timing the market.
