Confusing fees and slow deposits
I signed up to dollar-cost average my Bitcoin purchases but got thrown off by unclear fee info. Deposits sometimes take longer than advertised which messes with my budgeting. Wish there was a clearer breakdown of what I’m paying and faster transaction times.

Good concept but clunky app
I like the idea of automatic Bitcoin buys, but the app sometimes glitches when I try to adjust my recurring purchase amount. Also, the support chat took longer than expected to respond last week. I’ll keep using it, but it could be smoother.

Solid platform for Bitcoin saving
I started using Swan Bitcoin after a friend recommended it for gradual Bitcoin accumulation. The setup took just a few minutes, and my first purchase went through smoothly. I like that I can pause or adjust my recurring buys anytime without hassle. The educational tools are a nice touch for understanding what I’m investing in. Only thing is sometimes the app update takes a moment to load but no big deal.
