I use SumUp for my small boutique and the card reader usually works fine with my iPhone. The setup was straightforward, but I had to wait a bit too long to get help from their chat support when my device froze during a busy sale. Still, payments go through without many hiccups, just wish the customer service was quicker.

Good device but app needs work
The card reader hardware is solid and accepts all cards smoothly. However, sometimes the app lags during checkout which can annoy customers. Still, it's better than my old system.

Convenient but slow delivery
