Good images but pricing and licensing need work
I’ve been a subscriber for about a year and while the photo quality is generally high, the pricing can be frustrating especially when you want extended licenses for commercial use. Some images are great but come with confusing restrictions that aren’t clear until checkout. I contacted support twice about this, and although they were polite, the answers felt vague and didn’t really help me understand how to avoid extra fees. Also, I wish the search algorithm was a bit smarter because sometimes it shows too many irrelevant results even after applying filters. I hope they improve these areas because the artistic quality is definitely worth it otherwise.
