Using Step for about half a year now. The spending account works well and I appreciate the round-up savings feature. However, the transfer limits can be a pain, especially when I want to move money fast for bills. Hoping they adjust that soon.

Step fits my family's needs perfectly, especially for managing teenager spending and savings. The app occasionally glitches during login and the bill pay feature could be more flexible, but their customer support is helpful and responsive whenever I reach out.

I've been using Step for about three months now. The app mostly works smoothly, and I like how easy it is to track spending. One thing though, the app froze once when I tried to set up a new savings goal, which was annoying. Customer support was helpful and got it sorted quickly.

Love the concept but moving funds between accounts takes too long sometimes. It’s fine for budgeting but could be quicker for urgent transfers.
