Mixed feelings, buggy notifications
So I've been using Slack for a couple months now in my startup. The interface is sleek and I like how the integrations with Google Drive and Trello work. But honestly, the notifications are hit or miss. Sometimes I miss urgent messages because alerts don't pop up properly on my phone or desktop. I chatted with support but the fix took days. Still, it’s essential for us but can be frustrating when messages don’t come through.
