I appreciate how Skyscanner aggregates so many flight options in one place, making it easier to compare prices across different airlines. However, the app sometimes lags when loading hotel deals, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to finalize plans quickly. Customer support was decent, answered my questions in a couple of hours. it’s a great tool but a bit more polish would be nice.

I tried Skyscanner to book a trip to Asia and it showed some great prices initially. However, when I clicked through to book, the final price was higher than advertised. Plus, some airlines weren’t listed at all, which was disappointing. The flexible date search is probably the best feature, but missing some options is annoying. Might use it again but will double-check elsewhere first.
