Seats felt way too tight for economy class, couldn't even stretch my legs properly. Not great for a 14-hour flight.

Exceptional from start to finish
Booked a premium economy ticket for my trip to Bali and everything was flawless. The online check-in was straightforward, and my seat was super comfortable with extra legroom. The crew went out of their way to make sure everyone was well taken care of, and the meals served were tasty and plentiful. Even the boarding process was smooth, no stress at all. I’ll definitely choose Singapore Airlines again for my future travels.

Lost my luggage twice

Mixed feelings about recent flight
I flew Singapore Airlines last month from London to Singapore and was impressed with the in-flight entertainment. However, the meal service was slow and my seat did not recline properly which was annoying on a long haul. The crew were friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed during boarding. Overall not bad but could be better.

Good flight but website needs work
I flew economy from San Francisco to Singapore and the flight was comfortable and on time. The crew were attentive and the meals were decent for economy. My only gripe is the website booking process, it was kinda clunky and kept refreshing which made selecting seats a headache. After finally booking, the confirmation email took a while to arrive which made me nervous.

Nice experience but pricey tickets
I took a flight from Dubai to Singapore with Singapore Airlines. The actual flight was pretty nice, comfy seats and good service. But man, the tickets were quite expensive compared to some other airlines I checked. Still, the quality somewhat justified it. Wish there were more budget options though.

Confusing online booking
Tried booking a multi-city trip but the website kept glitching, kept losing my selections. Ended up calling support which took forever. Not the smooth experience I hoped for.

Top-notch service and comfort
Just came back from a trip to Tokyo and I have to say, Singapore Airlines really nailed it. From the moment I checked in online to the helpful cabin crew, everything was smooth. The seat in business class was super comfy and the food was delicious, especially that seafood laksa they served. Also appreciated the smooth baggage handling and timely arrival. Definitely flying with them again.
