Good but not ideal
I appreciate the quality of the illustrations, but sometimes I feel like the stock is too generic. There have been a few times I wished for more unique options.

Shutterstock has a massive library of photos and videos that really suit my needs as a content creator. I've had a couple of instances where the images I needed were either outdated or not available in high res, which was frustrating. But I can usually find what I need after some searching.

The selection is okay, but I often run into expired images which is frustrating. Customer service is slow and I had to wait way too long for a response regarding a refund.

I signed up for a monthly subscription and it’s been worth it. The quality is top-notch and I can use the images across multiple platforms without any issues. Just had a little hiccup with a long wait for customer service once, but they sorted it eventually.

I've been using Shutterstock for my projects for over a year now. The variety of stock images is impressive, and the download speed is usually pretty fast. Only downside is sometimes I find the search function a bit clunky, but it’s been a solid choice for me.

Always a reliable source for stock photos. Just wish they had more options for niche markets sometimes.

The platform is easy to navigate and downloading images is straightforward. However, I did have an instance where an image I downloaded was missing the necessary licenses, which caused a delay. Just be sure to double-check everything.
