Mostly Good but App Needs Improvement
Shakepay's rates are great and the deposits go through quickly. However, their app crashed a couple of times when I tried to check my portfolio balance. Support was polite and responsive though, so that's a plus.

Convenient with Minor Glitches
I appreciate that Shakepay lets me buy crypto right from my phone without complicated steps. The only hiccup was a delay in confirming my Canadian dollar deposit which pushed back my first trade. Aside from that, I've mostly been happy using them.
