Started with Shakepay because it seemed straightforward and good for Canadian dollar users. The platform itself runs okay but I sometimes catch their fees sneaking higher than expected on certain trades. Support is slow compared to other exchanges I use, and their app UI can get laggy during busy hours. I keep it as a secondary wallet, not my main crypto place.
