Mostly good but a couple hiccups
I’ve been using Sendwave for about six months now to send money to my family in Nigeria. Usually, the transfers are quick and the interface is simple, but once my transaction got stuck for nearly a day before customer support helped sort it out. Also, the exchange rate wasn’t as favorable that time, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from those issues, the service works well and I appreciate how easy it is to track transfers through the app.
