Saved my business during peak season
Last Christmas was crazy busy, and before Sendcloud I was drowning in manual label printing and tracking. Switching to Sendcloud let me automate nearly everything and sync with FedEx and DHL without hassle. One time a shipment got delayed and their customer support quickly helped re-route it and communicated with the carrier. The returns management system is a lifesaver, especially when handling exchanges during busy months. Definitely planning to keep using it for the long haul.

However, a few times I've had issues with delayed status updates on tracking which confused customers. Support was helpful but the waiting times on chat could be shorter. Still, automating label creation cut my workload in half so I'm sticking with it for now.

Sendcloud’s automation really helps with bulk label printing, especially during holiday rushes. But sometimes the tracking updates lag, which causes customer confusion and extra emails to me. It would be great if the dashboard had more real-time insights. Support has been decent, though once I had to wait a while to get answers. Still, a solid tool compared to what I used before.
