Good for data unification but pricey
Segment helped us centralize data from 10+ sources without much hassle. The interface is mostly clean, but the cost ramps up quickly as event volume grows. We had to optimize our tracking to stay within budget. Still, the platform's reliability and integrations justify the spend for now.
