I've been using the SecuX wallet for 4 months now and it keeps my keys secure offline. The touchscreen is responsive and the crypto support is solid across BTC, LTC, and ETH. Only thing, I wish the firmware updates were faster, sometimes they take a couple of tries.

I ordered the SecuX hardware wallet last year to keep my crypto offline and away from hacks. The device itself is easy to use with a nice touchscreen and supports all my main coins. But the mobile app sometimes disconnects randomly, making it hard to complete some transactions without restarting everything. Bought the SecuX V20 Pro last year mainly for Ethereum and Bitcoin storage. The hardware feels sturdy and the offline storage definitely gives me peace of mind. However, the desktop app crashes sometimes when trying to stake tokens, which is frustrating since I rely on that feature. Customer support responded quickly but said the fix will come in a future update. Hoping they speed that up because the hardware is great but the software lag is holding me back a bit.

I like that SecuX supports lots of altcoins and the offline transaction signing is very reassuring. The hardware wallet itself is well-built and easy to carry around. However, the mobile app sometimes disconnects from the device mid-transaction, which can be nerve-wracking.
