Mixed feelings after using for a year
I've had the SecuX hardware wallet for over a year, mainly for Bitcoin and Ethereum. The device feels sturdy and the backup recovery process was straightforward at first. However, I had an issue last month when a firmware update caused the touchscreen to lag, making transactions frustrating. Customer support took a few days to respond but eventually helped me fix it. The wallet’s multi-coin support is great though, so I keep using it despite those hiccups.
