Good value but seat was cramped
Booked a flight from Manchester to Barcelona last month. The price was unbeatable and the booking process on Ryanair's website was pretty straightforward. However, the seat pitch was tighter than I expected, and the flight was delayed by almost an hour without much explanation. Still, they notified us promptly and the crew was friendly, making the experience bearable.

Unexpected delays but staff helpful
I flew from Birmingham to Milan recently and the flight was delayed twice due to technical checks, which was frustrating because I had a tight connection. The airline didn't offer much in terms of compensation or alternatives besides some snacks. That said, the cabin crew was attentive and kept us informed, which helped ease the tension.
