Comfortable ride, charging slow
nice build quality and handles rough roads well. only downside is the charging speed at public stations, feels slower than expected.

Good vehicle, minor delays
My Rivian delivery was delayed by two weeks which was a bit frustrating. The truck itself is fantastic, especially the adaptive air suspension for off-roading. Customer support was polite but slow to respond to my questions about software updates.

Good truck but app glitches
I really like my R1T, the design and off-road are great. Only gripe is their app keeps freezing when I set routes, kinda annoying.

Reliable but could improve charging
My R1S runs flawlessly and the four-wheel drive really boosts off-roading confidence. However, I wish the fast chargers were more abundant near my area. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get a decent charge last weekend which was inconvenient.

Mostly happy, some app bugs
Really like the overall design and power of the R1S, but the app sometimes disconnects from the vehicle which is annoying when trying to check charge status remotely. Hope they fix that soon.
