Good vehicle, minor delays
My Rivian delivery was delayed by two weeks which was a bit frustrating. The truck itself is fantastic, especially the adaptive air suspension for off-roading. Customer support was polite but slow to respond to my questions about software updates.

Perfect for my adventures
I’ve been using the R1T for hiking trips and it’s perfect. The storage compartments and gear tunnels are super handy. Battery range lets me explore further without worrying about charging every night.

Reliable but could improve charging
My R1S runs flawlessly and the four-wheel drive really boosts off-roading confidence. However, I wish the fast chargers were more abundant near my area. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get a decent charge last weekend which was inconvenient.

Perfect for my outdoor trips
I purchased the Rivian R1S last summer and it’s been a big deal for weekend camping. The electric range is solid, even with all my gear loaded. Love the adaptive air suspension for those rocky trails. Customer support helped me set up the charging network app, very helpful experience.

Really like the overall design and power of the R1S, but the app sometimes disconnects from the vehicle which is annoying when trying to check charge status remotely. Hope they fix that soon.

Decent truck but some issues
I like the off-road capabilities of my Rivian R1T but the infotainment system froze twice during my weekend trip. Also, the charging network was a bit sparse in the areas I traveled. Otherwise, it handles rough terrain well and the battery life seems promising.
