I’ve used other services before and found Ripple to be solid. The speed is a huge plus, but I think they could work on making the app interface a bit more intuitive. All in all, I’m pretty satisfied with it.

I like using Ripple. Transactions are quick and the cost is reasonable. My only issue was when I had a question about my transaction history, it took too long to get a reply. Just wish they’d be more responsive.

Using Ripple has been a pleasant experience for my business. I can transfer money easily and quickly without the outrageous fees from banks. Just wish there were more resources for learning how to use the platform right away.

Using Ripple has been mostly great for me. The speed of transactions is awesome, and I love how easy it is to transfer funds to different countries. However, I've had a couple of instances where customer support was a bit slow in responding. I’d like to see that improve because sometimes you just need answers fast.
