Good, but Support Needs Work
I like using Ripple. Transactions are quick and the cost is reasonable. My only issue was when I had a question about my transaction history, it took too long to get a reply. Just wish they’d be more responsive.

Solid but Room for Improvement
Using Ripple has been mostly great for me. The speed of transactions is awesome, and I love how easy it is to transfer funds to different countries. However, I've had a couple of instances where customer support was a bit slow in responding. I’d like to see that improve because sometimes you just need answers fast.

Great for Business!
Ripple has been a big deal for our international transactions. We regularly work with clients overseas and the speed of payments has really improved our cash flow. The only downside is I wish the analytics were a bit more detailed, but it's doing what we need!
